Board Transition Meeting

This meeting will serve several important purposes, including orientation for new members as well as those stepping into new leadership roles and responsibilities. Dr. Nichols has prepared an excellent PowerPoint presentation that we will use to help streamline and expedite the orientation process.

In addition, we would like to discuss several goals and priorities for the upcoming year, including:

• Sponsorship and fundraising efforts for our events

• Establishing our event calendar prior to our first Social meeting

• Addressing our declining membership numbers and brainstorming ideas to strengthen engagement and participation within our chapter
